Needs sponsorship

Hiring this helper means becoming their sponsor — you apply to LMRA for a permit under your name, and they work for your household only. This is the standard route for full-time and live-in helpers.

No sponsorship needed

This helper can work without you sponsoring them — for example, citizens of Bahrain and other GCC countries. Agree terms together directly.

With an agency — agency fees apply

This helper is currently with a licensed agency. Hiring them means the agency arranges the transfer of sponsorship to you, with an LMRA contract between the three of you. The agency charges a placement fee — ask for it in writing before anything is signed.
