How we choose them
- We feature one helper for each of the roles households search most: Nanny, Housekeeper, Driver, Cook, Private Tutor and Elderly Carer.
- Only helpers with a star rating or an approved recommendation appear here. For each role, the spot goes to the helper with the highest average rating, with recommendations deciding ties. If nobody in a role has been rated yet, the spot goes to the next best rated helper from another role — and if fewer than six helpers have been rated, we show fewer. Only households who hold a package can rate a helper, and the average always shows how many ratings sit behind it.
