Terms of Service
FindAnyHelper.com · Version 1.6 · 24 August 2026
These terms are under review by our legal counsel and may be updated. Material changes will be announced on this site before they take effect.
Part One — Terms of Service for Households
1. Who we are
FindAnyHelper.com is operated by Find Any Helper Service Platform (individual establishment), commercial registration 199314-1, Kingdom of Bahrain. Contact: help@findanyhelper.com.
2. What FindAnyHelper.com is — and is not
FindAnyHelper.com is a listings platform. Helpers create and publish their own profiles. We list and connect; we do not approve or guarantee.
We do not search for or recruit workers, do not match helpers to households, do not vet anyone, do not handle employment contracts or wages, do not supply labour, and do not bring workers into Bahrain. We are not a party to any arrangement you make with a helper, and we are not an employment office or manpower supplier.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. One account per household. You are responsible for what happens under your login. We may suspend an account used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.
4. Contacts and access packages
Browsing, posting jobs, viewing applications, shortlisting and declining applicants are free and unlimited. Unlocking a helper's contact details uses a contact.
Every household account includes 15 free contacts, added automatically when the account is created. Nothing needs to be claimed. Free contacts are issued once per verified mobile number rather than once per account, and are not issued again once used.
When your contacts run out you may buy an access package — a one-off purchase of a set number of contacts:
- Small — 15 contacts
- Medium — 40 contacts
- Large — 100 contacts
All contacts, free and purchased, are valid for twelve months from the date they are added to your account.
A contact is used whenever you unlock a helper's contact details, whether you found them by searching or they applied to a job you posted.
Prices are shown at purchase and include VAT where applicable. Nothing renews automatically and no card details are stored.
Contacts sit in a single pool and are used oldest first, so a package bought while you still have contacts adds to the pool rather than replacing it. A package ends when its contacts are used, or twelve months after purchase, whichever comes first. We may extend validity in individual cases at our discretion; an extension is a goodwill gesture and creates no entitlement to any further extension.
Free contacts are not refundable.
We may apply technical limits that exist to prevent bulk copying of the directory; ordinary household use will not meet them.
Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Contact details, and what you may do with them
A contact gives you a helper's contact details for one purpose: contacting them about work in your household. You can view an unlocked helper's details again, at no further cost, for up to twelve months from the date of the contact. After twelve months the details are removed from your account; if you want them again, that is a new contact. We will tell you before contacts are due to expire.
You may not copy, collect, publish, sell or share unlocked contact details, use them for marketing, or use the platform to build any directory or dataset. A helper's details are their personal data; treat them accordingly. Misuse is ground for immediate account closure and may engage your own obligations under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law.
6. Your responsibility before hiring
Profiles are self-reported. We don't check identity, work permits or experience — please interview candidates and confirm these yourself before hiring. Making sure someone has the right to work in Bahrain is your responsibility as the employer.
FindAnyHelper.com will never ask you for money outside this website. Never pay anyone to get a job, and never send money to someone you have not met.
7. Ratings and recommendations
They are two different things, with two different gates.
Ratings require that you have unlocked the helper's contact details — a free contact or a purchased one, it makes no difference. You may rate each such helper once. Ratings you have already left stay exactly as they are. Ratings must reflect your genuine experience. Your rating is shown to the helper without your name — we know who left it, and we will look into it if it is disputed.
Recommendations require no package, no purchase and no prior contact. Any household can recommend a helper it genuinely worked with — including work that predates the platform — and it appears once the helper approves the text. One recommendation per household--helper pair.
You may not trade ratings or recommendations, or use them to pressure or retaliate. We may remove content that is false, abusive or unlawful, and either side may flag a malicious rating for review.
Helpers rate households too — a helper can rate your household where you unlocked their contact details or shortlisted their application. What you write is attributed to your household account internally; ratings are shown without names. How you behave is visible to the other side of the platform in the same way their conduct is visible to you.
8. Acceptable use
No harassment or abusive contact. No unlawful discrimination. No scraping, automated access, or circumvention of contact limits. No posting jobs that are misleading, unlawful, or not household work. No using the platform to recruit for a business or agency without our written agreement.
9. What we are responsible for — and what we are not
We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable skill and care, and for the remedies in the Refund and Cancellation Policy when the service is deficient.
Because helpers are independent people and hiring decisions are yours (section 6), we are not responsible for the conduct, quality, legality or outcome of any engagement between you and a helper. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any obligation we owe under Law No. 35 of 2012, Resolution No. 66 of 2014, or any other law that cannot be contracted out of.
10. Ending things
You can close your account at any time; export and deletion of your data are described in the Privacy Policy. We can suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, with the consequences for packages handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Ratings and recommendations already made survive account closure per section 7.
11. Changes, language, law
We may update these terms; material changes are notified on the site before they take effect. These terms are published in English and Arabic and are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Consumer complaints may be raised with the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Part Two — Terms of Service for Helpers
1. Free, always
Joining is free. Staying is free. Every feature helpers have is free. We will never charge you to be on FindAnyHelper.com, and nobody else may charge you for it either. If anyone asks you for money to join, to be seen, or to get work through this platform — do not pay, and tell us at help@findanyhelper.com.
2. Your profile is yours, and it must be true
You write your own profile. Your name, your photo, your skills, your experience, your rate. Everything must be true and about you. No using someone else's photo. No profiles made for another person without their knowledge. One profile per person.
We do not check profiles, and households are told this clearly. What makes your profile strong is that it is real — and the recommendations you collect.
3. What households see, and what they get
Anyone can browse your profile. Your contact details are hidden until a household chooses to unlock them — then they can contact you directly. We tell households they may only use your details to talk to you about work.
4. Your legal status is your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to work in Bahrain, and for the terms of any work you accept. FindAnyHelper.com does not employ you, does not place you, and cannot make that lawful for you. Households are told that checking right-to-work is their responsibility as the employer.
5. Being reachable
Your profile has an availability switch — keep it honest. If several households tell us they could not reach you, we will ask if you are still looking for work. If you say yes, nothing changes. If you have found work, or do not answer within seven days, your availability switches off — your profile stays, and you can switch it back on any time with one tap.
6. Ratings work both ways — and your old employers count
Households who have unlocked your contact details can rate you. You can rate a household too, when that household has contacted you — unlocked your details or shortlisted your application.
Recommendations are separate, and they are free for everyone: you can invite a family you worked for before — even long before you joined — to recommend you. They write it, and you approve it before it shows. Nobody has to buy anything. This is the fastest way to make your profile strong on day one.
Ratings are anonymous. You will see your score and how many ratings it is built from, but not who left them. We know. If a rating looks wrong to you, tell us and we will look into it — we will not remove a rating just because you disagree with it, but we will remove one that should not be there. Ratings must be honest, and we may remove false or abusive content.
7. What gets a profile removed
A fake identity. Someone else's photos. Offering anything that is not honest household work. Abusive behaviour. Asking households for money for anything other than your work. We remove profiles for these things, and in serious cases we will not let the person return.
8. Leaving
You can delete your profile whenever you want. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to erase it — the Privacy Policy explains how. Recommendations you gave to households remain, because they belong to the exchange, not to one side.
9. Language
These terms are published in English and Arabic, and we aim to add the languages helpers actually speak. If anything here is unclear, write to help@findanyhelper.com and a person will explain it.
